What’s the first thing you do when you want to drop a few pounds?

Start eating lots of vegetables, skipping a meal or two and exercising more?

There is some truth to all of the above but in the video below I dive deeper into why eating vegetables can backfire and how to prevent that.

Before you watch it I’d like to clarify that I’m by no means against eating vegetables. On the contrary!

Veggies are the most nutrient-rich and calorie-dilute food you can find. And they truly are the fountain of youth, health and a shortcut to weight loss.

But there is some small tweaking to do, so you feel comfortably satisfied…
