Let’s be honest.

Eating for health and your ideal weight isn’t always a walk in the park.

The taste is different.

Especially at the beginning when you are replacing rich creamy meals, meaty dishes and sugary desserts.

But guess what?

After some time you’ll get used to the clean flavours of whole grains, potatoes, fruits, veggies and legumes and you’ll literally LOVE your food again.

 

It’s really about allowing some time for your taste buds to become alive. Once they are sensitive enough, you reset your taste preference, so having oatmeal with a banana, coco powder and a sprinkle of nuts tastes like heaven.

 

Obviously this takes some time but in the interim you can find excitement elsewhere rather than finding it in food.
