Chronic inflammation is a powerful force driving many diseases. It’s behind red, spotty and puffy skin, high blood sugar levels, painful and swollen joints, back pain, menstrual pain and impaired digestions. Inflammation simply restricts blood flow to any part of your body, including your brain.

Inflamed cells can’t get proper nutrition, oxygen, their metabolism is impaired and they can’t regenerate. They are sick cells and although our body does it’s best to repair and get rid of inflammation, restoring balance without the right tools is a hard thing to do.

How does it work?

After you fill in your entry form I’ll asses your symptoms, diet habits and food diary. Based on this information I’ll see what are the main roadblocks causing inflammation and preventing you from feeling the best. I’ll create a personalized nutritional plan, menu suggestions and collection of recipes to help you reach your goals. We’ll discuss all at your first session and you’ll receive your materials via email after.

Usually there is a session every 2 weeks to avoid overwhelm and to allow you to go at your own pace. This way you get time to implement your nutritional plan while keeping the momentum going.

The sessions can be in person or online (or a combination) depending on your personal preference.

At every follow up we build on our previous work to help you move forward. As I love saying it’s about progress, not perfection. 🙂

I may share a presentation and various relevant resources to help you connect the dots and make the information as clear as possible. I find that knowing the reasons for making changes is a powerful motivator and makes it easier to follow.

We’ll also stay in touch in between sessions via email or text for accountability and to answer any questions which may pop up.

What’s included in a cooking session?

We”ll make 3 – 4 recipes which can vary from plant-based burgers, stir-fries, soups, salads to treats. I’ll share how to speed up preparation, how to batch cook, how to cook without oil, what utensils to use and how to pack your fridge. We’ll end up talking about how to compose a delicious and filling salad and how to replace oil, sugar and minimize salt in your recipes without compromising taste.

All ingredients are included and you’ll get to take some samples with you home. Cooking sessions happens in our homely kitchen in Rathfarnham but can be also online while we are cooking together.

What happens at our shopping?

Shopping session is all about being as cost and time effective as possible. I’ll show you how to do targeted shopping rather than browsing to save your time and pocket. We’ll talk about different varieties of greens, fresh herbs, how to increase nutrient content and how to keep your diet interesting. I’ll point out some ready to eat meals which are a healthy option and give you a weekly shopping pantry list.

This sessions is done locally – in any of the grocery stores within area of Rathfarnham, Dublin 16.

Where are 1 : 1 sessions held?

Our sessions can be held online or face to face in South Dublin, in my office and/or in my kitchen. There in our homely atmosphere you’ll see how things can be done without any stress or pressure. As your personal nutritional consultant, I’ll show you what produce to use or how to make nutritious meals in minutes.

Since I’m based in Dublin, most of my clients come from South Dublin and West Dublin areas including Rathfarnham, Rathmines, Terenure, Tallaght, Clondalkin and close by Dun Laoghaire and Wicklow.

However, if you live outside Dublin or Ireland I’d still love to help you!

We can have one-to-one nutrition sessions online, in the comfort of your own home and as with all of my clients I’ll email you your plan, including recipes and other resources after.

I’ve been helping others to fall in love with healing fruits and vegetables for decades.

My background in nursing and sports training, love for animals and nature led me towards my profession as a nutritionist.

Through healing and high vibration foods I help people to detoxify and find a loving relationship with food and themselves. In the process we tackle inflammation, pain, hormonal imbalance, cravings, weight issues and so much more.

I believe in the inner wisdom of our body and that once you create ideal conditions through your diet and lifestyle, your body has no choice but to vibrate with energy, release any extra pounds and heal.
