Despite having a healthy vegan diet, lifestyle and weight, I struggled with lower energy and a bit of weight gain. In March, my doctor was unhappy with my cholesterol and prescribed a statin drug. Obediently, I took it for most of 90 days. After picking up the renewal, I Googled side-effects of that drug and realized I was experiencing several unwanted side-effects.
