Vegan Health Check

If you have been vegan or vegetarian for some time but feel tired, fall sick easily, your nails and hair are brittle, you might need a health check to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need.

It may be lack of Iron, Magnesium, B vitamins, protein to name a few what’s preventing you from feeling and looking your best. But it’s not your fault!

It’s so easy to fall into traps our environment sets for us.

Especially if you are busy at work, with kids, looking after your parents or pets. Then it’s easy to rely on bread and crackers through the day and make a vegan pizza for dinner.

But the words “vegan” or “plant-based” don’t guarantee health. And if packaged products make a significant portion of your diet, your body notices.

You’ll end up missing the gift of extraordinary health and vitality which is inside the real plant foods. Inside fruits, vegetables, legumes, wholegrains and nuts & seeds.

There is no reason for you to be low in any of the nutrients and settle for feeling OK. Once you get the fundamentals right, become aware of what you eat, perhaps restructure your day and shift your thinking, you’ll get all nutrients you need and thrive.

Then you may be able to enjoy little bit of vegan processed foods, if you choose, and it won’t diminish your health.

How can we work together?


My aim is to help you turn your health around so you become a thriving vegan!

Not struggling, but energetic vegan who is loving the lifestyle inside out and enjoying the process.

That’s why first I’ll want to know what you eat daily, what are your favorite go-to meals and what you eat on occasion. I’ll also take into account your schedule, how busy and stressed you feel and your sleep to see what nutrients you may be lacking.

Then we’ll make swaps to create super nutritious meals. We’ll start by adding specific foods like green vegetables, legumes etc. and removing processed foods, to increase overall amount of nutrients and increase their absorption.

How does it work?


After you fill in your entry form I’ll asses your symptoms, diet habits and food diary. Based on this information I’ll see what are the main roadblocks preventing you from feeling the best. I’ll create a personalized nutritional plan, menu suggestions and collection of recipes to help you reach your goals. We’ll discuss all at your first session and you’ll receive your materials via email after.

Usually there is a session every 2 weeks to avoid overwhelm and to allow you to go at your own pace. This way you get time to implement your nutritional plan while keeping the momentum going.

The sessions can be in person or online (or a combination) depending on your personal preference.

At every follow up we build on our previous work to help you move forward. As I love saying it’s about progress, not perfection. 🙂

I may share a presentation and various relevant resources to help you connect the dots and make the information as clear as possible. I find that knowing the reasons for making changes is a powerful motivator and makes it easier to follow.

We’ll also stay in touch in between sessions via email or text for accountability and to answer any questions which may pop up.

Where are 1 : 1 sessions held?

Our sessions can be held online or face to face in South Dublin, in my office and/or in my kitchen. There in our homely atmosphere you’ll see how things can be done without any stress or pressure. As your personal nutritional consultant, I’ll show you what produce to use or how to make nutritious meals in minutes.

Since I’m based in Dublin, most of my clients come from South Dublin and West Dublin areas including Rathfarnham, Rathmines, Terenure, Tallaght, Clondalkin and close by Dun Laoghaire and Wicklow.

However, if you live outside Dublin or Ireland I’d still love to help you!

We can have one-to-one nutrition sessions online, in the comfort of your own home and as with all of my clients I’ll email you your plan, including recipes and other resources after.

Meet your plant-based nutritionist

I’ve been helping others to fall in love with healing fruits and vegetables for decades.

My background in nursing and sports training, love for animals and nature led me towards my profession as a nutritionist.

Through healing and high vibration foods I help people to detoxify and find a loving relationship with food and themselves. In the process we tackle inflammation, pain, hormonal imbalance, cravings, weight issues and so much more.

I believe in the inner wisdom of our body and that once you create ideal conditions through your diet and lifestyle, your body has no choice but to vibrate with energy, release any extra pounds and heal.
